She holds certifications from leading travel organizations and cruise lines, including Avalon Waterways, Globus Family of Brands, and Princess Cruises. A Certified Travel Associate and proud member of ASTA, Marita is also recognized as a Signature Travel Expert under the prestigious Signature Travel Network.
Her expertise in crafting group travels has earned her a place in the esteemed Advisors on the Rise circle for three consecutive years—2021, 2022, and 2023. Marita’s dedication to excellence ensures that every client receives a seamless and unforgettable travel experience.

Golden Pearl Travel is officially introducing Hectmayr T. Flores, known to many as Himhim, as part of the team. While he has been behind the scenes since last year, managing communications and digital marketing, the fast-paced transition into 2024 left little time for a proper introduction. Now, as Golden Pearl Travel celebrates its 25th year, it’s time to formally welcome him.
An Electronics Engineer by profession from the Philippines, Himhim spent six years in people management before shifting gears during the pandemic. He explored the digital space, honing his skills in content creation, social media, and online marketing. In January 2024, he joined Golden Pearl Travel, taking on the responsibility of managing its digital presence—from social media and email marketing to newsletters and website development.
Beyond marketing, he also handles administrative tasks for Master Planner Marita Domingo, ensuring operations run smoothly as she focuses on client relations and leading group travels.
Himhim continues to expand his expertise, training to take on more hands-on travel-related tasks, such as researching and booking trips, to further support Golden Pearl Travel’s growing clientele.
Though travel was never a personal interest before, being part of Golden Pearl Travel has opened his eyes to the value of exploring the world. This year, he has started discovering the beautiful islands of the Philippines, with plans to venture beyond local destinations in the future—one island at a time.
